The Camarillo Airport hosted an airshow over the weekend of August 27 - 28. The airshow was sponsored by Chapter 723 of the Experimental Aircraft Association and featured flying performances by the airplanes of the Southern California Wing of the Commemorative Air Force.

Cessna 195, N195H Cessna 195, N195H was built in 1948. Its construction number is 7200.

Grumman C-2A Greyhound, BuNo 162171 Grumman C-2A Greyhound, BuNo 162171 of fleet Logistics Support Squadron 30 (VRC-30) Providers based at NAS North Island.

Engineering and Research Company 415C Ercoupe, NC93716 Engineering and Research Company 415C Ercoupe, NC93716 was manufactured in 1946. Its construction number is 1039.

Lockheed EC-121T Warning Star, N548GF Lockheed EC-121T Warning Star, N548GF was delivered to the Air Force as RC-121D, 53-0548. Its Lockheed construction number is 4363. The EC-121T designation reflected its conversion from airborne early warning to electronic reconnaissance.

Stearman A75N1, N61JP Stearman A75N1, N61JP was manufactured in 1941. Its construction number is 75-2140.

Piper J3C-65 Cub, N92041 Piper J3C-65 Cub, N92041 was manufactured in 1946. Its construction number is 16474.

Hawker Sea Fury FB Mk II, N260X Hawker Sea Fury FB Mk II, N260X has been a regular participant in Southern California airshows for over a quarter of a century. It still has a Bristol Centaurus engine with a five-bladed propeller. It was delivered to the Royal Australian Navy as WH587 on March 7, 1952. It was retired on September 3, 1963. G. Grieg of Sydney bought it in 1963 and sold it to Lord Tefgarne of Sydney in 1964. Grant Weaver of San Jose, California gave it its current registration in May 1965 and flew it as Race #33. Stan Booker of Fresno, California bought it in 1967 and sold it to James R. Fugate of Aurora, Oregon in 1969. Sherman Cooper of Merced, California bought it in 1971 and sold it to Westernair of Albuquerque, New Mexico in 1972. Ellsworth Getchell and Gretchell Aircraft Incorporated of San Jose, California acquired it on July 7, 1975.

Grumman E-2C Hawkeye, BuNo 165819 VAW-116 Sun Kings at NAS Point Mugu sent Grumman E-2C Hawkeye, BuNo 165819 #601 over for a fly-by during the playing of the national anthem at the opening of the show. It was manufactured in 2000. Its construction number is A190.

Ventura County Sheriff's Bell EH-1H, N205BH #7 Ventura County Sheriff's Bell EH-1H, N205BH #7 demonstrates a water drop on the airport. Its construction number is 11373.

North American SNJ-4, N75964 #44 North American SNJ-4, N75964 #44 was manufactured in 1943. Its construction number is 88-9830.

North American SNJ-5 Texan, N89014 North American SNJ-5 Texan, N89014 was ordered by the Army Air Corps as 41-34524, but it was diverted to the U. S. Navy as BuNo 84865 in 1943. Its construction number is 88-16676. It spent some time in the service of the Japan Maritime Self Defense Force. Dennis G. Buehn and Warbirds West of Compton, California recovered it from Japan in October 1977 and registered it as N89014. Brandon O'Brien bought it in 1979. The Confederate Air Force of Harlingen, Texas acquired it in 1986.

Zlin 50LX, N6660K Tumbling Bear flown by Rob Harrison lives up to its name. It was built in 1996. Its serial number is 0075.

Robinson R-44-II, N435DE The certificate issue date for Robinson R-44-II, N435DE is February 14, 2005. Its construction number is 10605.

SH-2R, N92RD Susie Q The certificate issue date for SH-2R, N92RD Susie Q is April 15, 1991. Its construction number is 630.

Cirrus VK-30, N52TH Cirrus VK-30, N52TH was built by Thomas Hastings in 1999. Its serial number is 143.

North American T-28C Trojan, N28XC Susy Q North American T-28C Trojan, N28XC Susy Q was delivered to the U. S. Navy as BuNo 140514 in 1954.

North American T-28C Trojan, N28XC Susy Q and North American T-28A Trojan, N81643 North American T-28C Trojan, N28XC Susy Q and North American T-28A Trojan, N81643. N81643 served the Air Force as 49-1643. Its construction number is 159-155. Norman B. Dennis Jr. of Brookneal, California registered it as N9674C in 1966. Robert Eggmann of Belleville, Illinois registered it as N28RE in 1978. Edward A. Buerckholtz of Chesterfield, Missouri registered it as N81643 in 1985. It has been registered to Round Power Limited of Reno, Nevada since March 4, 2004. Its owner, Gregg Weitzman, recently had it restored in the colors of a T-28A that was flown by the Air Force Test Pilot School at Edwards Air Force Base in the 1950s. It is based at the Santa Barbara Airport.

Mitsubishi A6M3 Model 22 Mitsubishi A6M3 Model 22 "Zero", NX712Z is part of the collection of the Southern California Wing of the Commemorative Air Force. It has been registered to the Liberty Aero Corporation since February 1998. Its Mitsubishi construction number is 3869. It was found on New Guinea near the town of Babo. Its restoration was begun in Russia and completed in the United States. It is powered by a Pratt & Whitney R-1830 radial engine.

Grumman F8F-2 Bearcat, N7825C Grumman F8F-2 Bearcat, N7825C originally wore Navy BuNo 122674 and it carries that number again today. Its Grumman construction number is D.1227. It was built in 1948. E. Weiner of Los Angeles registered it under its current tail number in 1958. Leo Demeers of Aurora, Oregon bought it in 1963 and sold it to Larry Hamilton and Hamilton Aircraft of Sonoma, California the same year. Richard Tobey of Newport Beach, California in acquired it in 1966 and then sold it to Paul Finefrock of Hobart, Oklahoma in 1969. Gary Levitz of Long Beach, California picked it up later that year. It has belonged to the Confederate Air Force since 1972. It underwent a major rebuild from 1989 to 1991. It made its first flight after the rebuild on December 17, 1991. It is now registered to the American Airpower Heritage Flying Museum and based with the Southern California Wing of the Commemorative Air Force at Camarillo.

General Motors FM-2 Wildcat, N5833 General Motors FM-2 Wildcat, N5833 has been restored in the colors of a Royal Navy Martlett. It originally carried U.S. Navy BuNo 86819. Its General Motor construction number is 5877. It crashed in 1955 while flying as a sprayer for Butler Aviation of Redmond, Oregon. The rebuild project took many years and the airframe passed therough the hands of several owners. It received its current registration in August 1983. It was returned to the air on April 24, 1987 by Air Group One at Ramona, California. It spent a short while in the hands of Military Aircraft Restoration Corporation at Chino. It is now registered to the American Airpower Heritage Flying Museum and based with the 3rd Pursuit Squadron of the Commemorative Air Force at Upland.

Grumman F6F-5 Hellcat, N1078Z Minsi III Grumman F6F-5 Hellcat, N1078Z Minsi III. Its construction number is A-5634. John Sandberg recovered it from the Fergus Falls Airport in Minnesota in 1962. It was subsequently owned by Lloyd Nolan from 1972 to 1973 and Ed Messick from April 9, 1973 to 1990. The Confederate Air Force acquired it in 1990. It has been registered to the American Airpower Heritage Flying Museum since 1991. It is part of the collection of the Southern California Wing of the Commemorative Air Force and is based at Camarillo.

North American T-28A Trojan, N81643 North American T-28A Trojan, N81643 served the Air Force as 49-1643. Its construction number is 159-155. It has previously been registered as N9674C and N28RE. It was recently restored in the colors of a T-28A that was flown by the Air Force Test Pilot School at Edwards Air Force Base in the 1950s.

North American B-25J Mitchell, N30801 <em>Executive Sweet North American B-25J Mitchell, N30801 Executive Sweet has been registered to the American Aeronautical Foundation of Thousand Oaks since 1985. Its Army Air Force serial number was 44-30801 and its North American construction number is 108-35126. It was converted to the TB-25N configuration before its retirement by the Air Force. It was registered as N3699G by Avery Aviation of Greybull, Wyoming in 1963. Filmways Inc. of Hollywood acquired it in 1968 for use in the movie Catch-22. Challenge Publications bought it in 1972 and changed its registration to N30801 in 1978.
