Polikarpov I-16 Type 24, N30425 is visiting the Southern California Wing of the Commemorative Air Force. Mitsubishi A6M2 Model 21 "Zero", N58245, which has been undergoing long-term restoration at the SoCal Wing, has been sold to the Pacific Aviation Museum at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. It will be disassembled and shipped to Hawaii in the near future.

Polikarpov I-16 Type 24, N30425 Polikarpov I-16 Type 24, N30425 is one of three registered in the United States. It is one of six I-16s that were recovered by the Alpine Fighter Collection of Wanaka, New Zealand. Three I-16s remain in New Zealand.

Mitsubishi A6M2 Model 21 Mitsubishi A6M2 Model 21 "Zero", N58245 was built by Nakajima in October 1942. The hulk was recovered from Balalle Island in the Solomons in 1969 and restored by Bob Diemert of Carman, Manitoba, Canada using parts of several wrecks. That may help explain why its construction ID is variously reported as 807, 842, 5356, and 5358 and its type as A6M2-21 or A6M5-52. It first flew after rebuild on August 12, 1985.

Mitsubishi A6M2 Model 21 It is reported that the attempt to restore Mitsubishi A6M2 Model 21 "Zero", N58245 to airworthy condition has been abandoned due to airframe corrosion. It will be restored as a static display.
