Airbus A380-841 F-WWJB landed at Los Angeles International Airport at 11:45 AM PDT on Wednesday, November 28, 2007. It arrived from Minneapolis-St. Paul. It departed for Sydney, Australia on Friday morning at 8:00 with the call sign Airbus Seven Zero Five Super. QANTAS will begin scheduled A380 operations at Los Angeles in 2008.
Airbus A380-841 F-WWJB took off on a demonstration flight Thursday morning at 7:30 AM PDT with the call sign Airbus Seven Zero Four Super.
The A380 passed overhead about 75 minutes after take-off.
It returned to LAX shortly before 9:00 AM PDT.
