If they stopped every launch because of every potential problem, we would never launch anything. There are risks everywhere in life and not just space travel. More people get killed in car crashes than in shuttle launches. It takes a sequence of things to go wrong for a disaster to happen. Engineers and technitions are human and they make mistakes. There have been dozens of space flights without fatalities.

My prayers are for ones that the crew left behind. I will be the best that I can be in what time the good Lord has given me. We are all on this earth for a short time. Let's make the best of our time.
