I am auctioning some vintage tin lithograph airplane toys, desk models and ashtrays on eBay. These aviation antiques were manufactured in Japan and the United states in the 1950s and 1960s.



Vintage 1950s manufacturer's Navy Goodyear ZPG-2W (modified) Blimp desk model

12 inches long.  3 inches in diameter.

Two Vintage Japanese Linemar Tin Lithography Friction Boeing YB-52 toys: Pan Am Airliner and USAF YB-52 Stratofortress Bomber.  The bomber toy was revised as an eight-jet engine Pan Am airliner. 

The YB-52 was the first Stratofortress to fly and has a different cockpit than the later B-52 Stratofortress production models.

15-inch wing span, 13 inches long.

Vintage Tin Lithography Friction Four Engine Strato Airlines Skycruiser Stratoliner 700 NC10 5034 with original box. Made in USA .

This toy introduced bakelite engine nacelles and tail surfaces.  A friction drive replaced the spring wind up mechanism found on earlier Marx airplanes.

18-inch wing span, 14 inches long.

Lithography is bright and clean, free from dents, creases, and corrosion. Friction springs are intact and drive all four propeelers.

Vintage 1950s Allyn Sales Metal Boeing Jet Stratoliner 367-80 N70700 (707 prototype) jet airliner model. The actual airplane is displayed in the National Air and Space Museum.

The airplane has a 10-inch wing span and is 11 inches long.  It is approximately 1/144-scale.
